Rates

 

Honeyguide Mantobeni Camp:

From 1 October 2012 to 31 March 2013 (excluding low season) - R3500 per person, per night

From 15 November 2012 to 15 December 2012 and 1 April 2013 until 30 June 2013 - low season rate R3000 per person, per night

These rates include accommodation, all meals, game drives and foot safaris but exclude bar account.
 

Honeyguide Khoka Moya Camp:

Khoka Moya also caters for families with children under 12 years

From 1 October 2012 to 31 March 2013 (excluding low season) - R3500 per person, per night.

From 15 November 2012 to 15 December 2012 and 1 April 2013 to 30 June 2013 - low season rate of R3000 per person, per night.

These rates include accommodation, all meals, game drives and foot safaris but excludes bar account.

Children under the age of 2 stay free of charge. Children aged 2 – 12 pay 50% of the adult rate if sharing with adults.

 

Single Supplement

A single supplement of R500 per person per night will be charged if there are more than 3 singles in any reservation and then only from the fourth single onwards.

 

Conditions

Reservations can only be confirmed once a deposit as been paid.

We require a deposit of 30% upon making the reservation, and the balance of 70% four weeks prior to the arrival date.

Payment can be made by bank transfers and all major credit cards.
 

Cancellation Policy 

Full prepayment is required at least 4 weeks before arrival date.

If the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the total accommodation costs will be charged.

If the reservation is cancelled less than 10 days prior to arrival date, 75% of the total accommodation costs will be charged.
